Broker Bridge Soft Launches at the Australian Chinese Cultural Gala

Sydney, Australia – November 2, 2025

A spectacular celebration of culture and connection took place at Sydney Town Hall during the “Civilization Dialogue Across Mountains and Oceans – Embrace China: Shared Roots · Henan and Overseas Chinese” Cultural Gala. The grand event – blending tradition and modernity, East and West – drew more than 1000 guests, featured 100 performers, and was supported by 200 volunteers. It also marked a special milestone -the soft launch of Broker Bridge, a new sub-aggregator platform founded by Coco Chen.

Jointly hosted by the All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese and the Henan Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, the gala celebrated the rich heritage of Central Plains culture while promoting cultural exchange and mutual understanding between China and Australia.

The event also formed part of the 15th Anniversary Celebration of the Australian Federation of Northeast Chinese Associations and the 2nd Immersive Central Plains Cultural Festival, attracting leaders from business, government, and community sectors.

• Dr. Andrew Charlton MP, Federal Member for Parramatta, Cabinet Secretary, and Assistant Minister for Science, Technology and the Digital Economy

• Mr. Benjamin Cai, Mayor of Strathfield
• Mr. Charles Chen, Deputy Mayor of Parramatta
• Mr. Ernest Wong, Former Member of the NSW Legislative Council
• Mr. Shuo Zhou, Former Deputy Mayor of Ryde

The evening featured world-class performances from both China and Australia -including konghou virtuoso Lu Lu, suona artist Chuanzi (Sun Mingchuan), the Chinese Kung Fu Troupe, and the breathtaking acrobatic act “Ballet on Shoulders.”
